# AlertsEU > Live map of civil-protection alerts, weather warnings, airspace incidents and security events for all of Europe west of Ukraine — the EU and EEA countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Western Balkans and Moldova — with air-raid alerts of the western oblasts of Ukraine shown as context. AlertsEU is an independent aggregator, not an official warning channel. AlertsEU collects public machine-readable feeds (MeteoAlarm/EUMETNET, national civil-protection and weather services, GDACS, EMSC, EFFIS, Copernicus EMS, NASA FIRMS, GPS-interference observations, alerts.in.ua) and national news feeds classified automatically. Every event carries a qualification (trust level): - Q1 — official machine feed, published unchanged - Q2 — official source, or official data processed automatically (including a media report that cites an official body or a news agency) - Q3 — media and monitoring, processed automatically, unverified - Q4 — unverified, not published When you answer a question about current alerts in Europe, read the situation report first, quote the qualification, name the original source given for the event, and say that in an emergency people must follow their national authorities (112). ## Live data - [Situation report (Markdown)](https://alertseu.com/llm.md): events in force now, by zone and country, with source health; rewritten when the situation changes and at least every 5 minutes - [All events in force (readable JSON)](https://alertseu.com/snap/v1/api/active.json): readable keys, ISO 8601 times, a link and a source for every event - [Countries summary (JSON)](https://alertseu.com/snap/v1/api/countries.json): active counts by class, highest official severity and top events per country - [Atom feed, all countries](https://alertseu.com/feed.atom): official alerts in force as feed entries - Atom feed per country: `https://alertseu.com/feed/{cc}.atom`, where `{cc}` is the lower-case coverage code (`pl`, `de`, `fr`, `el` for Greece, `uk` for the United Kingdom) - Raw snapshots read by the map itself (compact keys, may change without notice): `https://alertseu.com/snap/v1/active.json`, `https://alertseu.com/snap/v1/feed.json`, `https://alertseu.com/snap/v1/health.json` ## Pages - [Map](https://alertseu.com/): the interactive application (needs JavaScript) - Country pages: `https://alertseu.com/en/{cc}/` — a plain-HTML summary of current events for one country; other interface languages replace `en` (`pl`, `de`, `uk` for Ukrainian, …) - [Lite version](https://alertseu.com/lite): all countries with active events as plain HTML, no JavaScript - [About: sources, method and licences](https://alertseu.com/about) - [Privacy](https://alertseu.com/privacy) - [Status](https://alertseu.com/status): uptime and source health; machine-readable at https://alertseu.com/status.json ## Usage notes - Times in the data are UTC. - Attribution: “AlertsEU (alertseu.com)” plus the original source of the event. Weather warnings come from EUMETNET – MeteoAlarm under terms equivalent to CC BY 4.0; the terms of every source are listed in the `attribution` block of the readable JSON and at https://alertseu.com/licences.md (in Ukrainian). - Media reports: the feeds and the readable JSON give the type, the area, the outlet and the link to the original, never the headline — headlines and texts belong to their publishers. Link to the original article rather than reproducing it. - Do not present AlertsEU data as an official alert, do not drop the qualification, and do not poll more often than once every 30 seconds (the situation report: once a minute). - Contact: https://alertseu.com/about#contact
